“One of the biggest fears for my wedding was hiring a cheesy DJ. When I heard Jethro djing one evening in one of my favourite night spots I was sold! When I approached him to DJ at our wedding we were thrilled when he agreed.

The entire service was an absolute creative joy – The Wedding DJ team worked with Dan and I to pull together our favourite music, helping us balance out our need for the coolest Balearic tunes as well as incorporating some true classics into the playlist. “I wanted to give an honest account of my experience with Rob and hope it provides some useful insight for would-be couples.

What I found refreshing to begin with was Rob’s easy going nature, listening to what we wanted and making suggestions based on his vast experience and knowledge, it was a truly consultative process before the big day even began.

When it comes to weddings we, all know how expensive weddings can be, the price quoted was extremely reasonable upon reflection it was the best money we spent.

Rob’s set up was both professional and classy keeping in touch with the wedding and the venue.

Rob had the ability and foresight to read the crowd and mix the music up with a plethora of genres, ensuring everyone was up and dancing. Rob himself is a great entertainer, equally good on the mic as the decks.

On a side note and worth a mention was Rob’s brother, he is an insanely talented musician and singer, we wanted something chilled and easy going. In the consultancy stage Rob offered to play some light music or suggested his brother play an acoustic set. What a set – Rob should be careful if offering the services of his brother again as the dance floor would have been cleared listening to this one man and his guitar, luckily for Rob his brother finished his set in the afternoon.

Please don’t be put off from my review it’s extremely positive because that’s exactly what my experience was. A true professional who clearly loves music and his job”
